There 100% selling victims information to scammers
Left a voice mail at one of the international numbers and literally every day I been getting calls trying to get me to transfer over large amounts amount they call claiming to be from a company helping recover the funds then they send you a fake view only Wallet and tell you if you send them all your money they will unlock this balance in the view only wallet big red flag that your company’s client support leads to even more scams and im 100 percent sure they receive the information from your company because I’ve never called a international number in my life untill I need it for your company

Their customer service is great, but their software system isn’t robust and you can’t rely on it, I had many problems & stress during the withdrawal of my funds as they can’t send my funds to the same card I used for deposit, it took me around a week to do that manually which is a shame, so be aware before joining them (my account number 89636751).

My withdrawals have been locked, and they are not responding to my emails. As requested, I gave them more KYC. They stopped responding to my emails after that. I’m going to open a lawsuit.

Fraud unconcerned
So I was asked to shed some more light on my issues with Avatrade. Now I was done out of pocket which I already accepted. Guess what they tell me? I wont repeat but one things for sure I will not use Avatrade at all. They dont have safety at top of mind probably why you cannot easily report fraud, you have to be a customer fully registered . If you’re not tuff, fraud is just a known occurrence to them it seems go report it to your law enforcement. Its actually sad. Maybe why fraudsters use their name to defraud people as they probably picked up on this(just a thought) And all I needed was to know to report fraud and to get in telephonic communication with them in South Africa.
