The Financial Commission was established as a neutral committee, to fairly review and resolve client complaints. This was done so as to facilitate a simpler, swifter and more accurate resolution of disputes between traders and brokers. Additionally, it provides an extra layer of protection for traders via its Compensation Fund, of up to €20,000 for a single complaint.
